For a puzzle report, include its GridMew ID, what you expected, what happened, and the browser and device you used. If you report a hint, describe the move or explanation you were reading. You can choose whether to include an image in your email.

Choose what to send

The screenshot solver does not send us your image. If you decide to email one, crop out unrelated information first. Please do not send passwords, payment details or a full browser profile. We cannot recover local records that were cleared from your browser without an exported backup.

There is no contact-form backend on this site. The email link opens your own mail application; it does not transmit a message until you choose to send it. No response time is guaranteed.
